Jenny
Clinical Assistant / Professional Relations Coordinator
Jenny joined the Lakewood Orthodontics team in August 2002 as a Clinical Assistant. She took time off for her studies and rejoined the team in 2004. She is a versatile member of the team, with duties ranging from chair side assistant and accounts payable, to lab coordination and marketing. She enjoys making a difference one smile at a time and the family atmosphere that Dr. Simon and the team provide.
Jill
Treatment Coordinator / Clinical Assistant
Jill joined the Lakewood Orthodontics team in 2003 as a Clinical Assistant, coming to us with several years of orthodontic experience. She currently acts as both a clinical assistant and as our treatment co-coordinator, helping each patient navigate their way through treatment and making the experience a positive and memorable one. Jill gives that personal touch to each patient’s encounter.
Kristi
Business Coordinator
Kristi joined the Lakewood Orthodontics team in April 2007. She is the warm smile and the friendly voice that greets every patient. Kristi is a very crucial part of the team, and she’s no ordinary “receptionist.” Besides answering phones, she’s in charge of scheduling appointments, filing insurance, and working with our new patients in making the investment in orthodontic treatment. Kristi enjoys meeting new and interesting people and watching the astounding progression of beautiful smiles.
