Our team at Lakewood Orthodontics wants to make sure that you have a productive, smooth experience during your time with us. Your First Orthodontic Visit
When you schedule your first appointment with us, we will email you some new patient paperwork that you will need to fill out. Please take some time to complete these forms before you arrive for your appointment. When you come, our treatment coordinator will warmly greet you and take a panoramic radiograph and photographs. Then, Dr. Simon will examine your teeth and explain possible treatment options that can give you the results you want. Afterward, our treatment coordinator will review the associated fees and financing options.

Dental Insurance Welcome
Although not all dental insurance plans cover orthodontic care, many do! We allow you to use those benefits right here at Lakewood Orthodontics. Our highly trained team can file claims on your behalf, sparing you the hassle of doing it yourself. We can also help you understand your coverage more clearly by translating insurance lingo into understandable explanations.
Financing Options Available
If you need help fitting treatment into your budget, we can offer affordable financing options. You can choose between Lending Club and our own in-house financing with no interest. When you finance with us, your payment plan is based on the number of months involved in your treatment. We can discuss your financial options when you come for your consultation with Dr. Simon.
