Lauren, Orthodontic Assistant & Professional Relations Coordinator
Lauren moved to Texas from Minnesota with her fiance’ a few years ago. She had previously worked in a dental office before coming to Dallas. She met Dr. Simon and her husband while she was waiting tables at a local restaurant. Dr. Simon was so impressed with her customer service, she offered her a position as the Professional Relations Coordinator. Soon, she took on the duties of back-up for the front desk. Intrigued by all that goes on in the clinical side, Lauren took courses on her own and obtained her dental assistant license. She has been working as our third orthodontic assistant ever since.
Lauren has two puppies named Arya and Alfie—definitely ask her about her dogs! She is a mermaid at heart and loves doing ANYTHING by the water, whether it’s a lake, river, or ocean. She loves to travel, learn about people, hangout at local Comic Con events and watch superhero/ Sci-Fi moves at early release screenings.
As young as she is, she’s a great-aunt to the most adorable little boy ever!
Natalia, Treatment Coordinator
Natalia has been in the dental field for over a decade, having previously worked in both general dentistry and orthodontic offices in the past. Her vast experience has made her a very skilled treatment coordinator, being able to understand and explain the doctor’s treatment plan succinctly to our patients. In fact, she and Dr. Simon often joke that they can read each other’s minds! Natalia loves interacting with new patients and getting to make such a positive impact on their lives! She says it’s a wonderful feeling to see their confidence grow over time as their smiles change for the better through treatment.
A Dallas native, Natalia is a huge Dallas Cowboys fan. In fact, she and her husband met at the home opener game in 2018! Together, they love traveling, trying new restaurants, and spending time with their dog, Max, who thinks he’s a baby – a 135 lb. fur baby. Here’s an interesting fact about her: she’s obsessed with true crime podcasts and documentaries.
Linda, Orthodontic Assistant & Clinical Supplies Coordinator
Like Natalia, Linda has nearly a decade’s experience orthodontics. What she loves most about her job is getting to personally know each patient and become an important part of their smile transformation!
Linda is the practical joker in the office, always looking for an opportunity to “punk” her co-workers, including Dr. Simon. Apparently, she does the same thing at home to her husband. They have two adorable French Bulldogs, who they treat like their kids. DaVinci likes to take it easy in life and cuddle all the time, while Mozart still has plenty of puppy energy jumping blindly into laps. She has a BIG soft spot for animals. Somehow they sense this, as there is always a stray dog or cat “finding” its way into Linda’s world. When she’s not taking care of animals, Linda spends her free-time decorating and doing arts and crafts. She loses hours at Michael’s Craft Store.
